Offsets window

Above is an example of the offsets window in its usual form. If you pull down the file menu and select "beam stuff", the window will enlarge itself into the following form:

This is clearly getting pretty much out of control, but it will get better when we prove some of the alt/az beam switching stuff useless, and when we use something like a tabbed widget to redo the whole window.
